Reversio now offers integration with the SmartPack WMS, enabling seamless returns management directly from your warehouse system. Setting up the integration requires just a few simple steps using the credentials from your SmartPack account.
Steps to Enable SmartPack Integration
- Log into your Reversio account and go to the Settings or Integrations section.
- Locate the SmartPack Integration: Find the option labeled SmartPack Integration (Beta).
- Enter the required information:
- Tenant: This is the subdomain of your SmartPack account. It should follow the format: .smartpack.dk – For example, if your SmartPack subdomain is “shopxyz”, you would enter shopxyz.smartpack.dk.
- App ID: Found in your SmartPack account settings when creating a private app.
- Access Token: Also found in your SmartPack account settings when creating a private app.
- Save your settings: After entering the information, click the Save button to apply the settings.Verify Integration: Click the Verify Integration button to ensure that the connection between Reversio and SmartPack has been established successfully.
Where to Find Your SmartPack Credentials
You can find both the App ID and Access Token in your SmartPack account by following these steps:
- Log into your SmartPack account.
- Navigate to the Account Settings section.
- Create a private app (if you haven’t done so already) to generate your App ID and Access Token.
