What is Slack Integration in Reversio?
The Slack integration feature in Reversio helps you keep your team instantly informed about return statuses and updates. By sending real-time notifications to a designated Slack channel, your team can quickly respond to issues and improve coordination during the return process.
Why should I use Slack Integration?
Integrating Slack with Reversio allows your team to stay updated on return statuses in real-time without having to manually check the system. This enables quick responses and better coordination, leading to a more efficient returns process.

- Select “Manage Apps” from the menu to open the App Directory.
- In the App Directory, search for “Incoming Webhooks” and click to install the app.
- Once installed, go to the “Incoming Webhooks” settings page.

Step 2: Configure the Webhook URL in Reversio

- Under “Return Flow,” find the “Slack Integration” setting.
- Paste the Webhook URL you copied from Slack into the “Webhook URL” field.
- Click “Verify Integration” to check that the connection is working properly.
- Click Save to complete the setup.
Step 3: Test the Integration
Once the integration is set up, you can test it by initiating a test return or status update in Reversio. If everything is working correctly, your Slack channel will receive notifications about the return process.
Can I change the Slack channel later?
Yes! If you want to change the channel where return updates are sent, simply generate a new Webhook URL for the new channel and replace the existing one in Reversio’s Slack integration settings.
