How do I customize the Return Reasons in Reversio?
Reversio provides a customizable list of return reasons, allowing you to enable or disable the ones that are relevant to your brand. To configure them, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Reversio dashboard.Go to the “Return Portals” section.
- Under “Return Flow,” find the “Return Reasons” settings.
- Toggle the reasons you wish to offer to your customers, such as:
- Size Too Large: The item is bigger than expected.
- Size Too Small: The item is smaller than expected.
- Wrong Color: The color doesn’t match what the customer ordered.
Click Save to apply your changes.
Can I add custom return reasons?
