This article explains how you process your returns in PEAK. It explains what actions are needed when you receive the return parcel until completed and fully processed.
Step 1: Navigate to the returns
- Log in to your PEAK account.
- Go to Tools (Værktøjer) → Return/Refund (retur/tilbagebetaling)
Step 2: Scan the parcel
- Scan the tracking barcode or enter the tracking number manually.
- A Reversio popup will appear → click Confirm.
Step 3: Scan the item(s)
- Scan all item(s) in the parcel.
- Scanned items will be highlighted in yellow.
Step 4: Complete and process
- Scroll down and click Register Without Refund (registrer uden refundering).
- This restocks the item and completes the return in Reversio.
- Reversio will automatically process the return as a refund, exchange order, or gift card.
The return is now fully processed and completed.
