The article explains how to connect Reversio with your Smartpack WMS account. Please follow the steps to integrate Reversio correctly and start processing returns with Reversio in Smartpack.
Step 1: Navigate to Customers
- Log in to your Smartpack account
- Go to Customers tab
- Select the profile you want to connect with Reversio
Step 2: Choose Reversio App
- Click the three dots in top right corner
- Click App / Integrations
- Click Browse App Library
- OR Add Private App *Please note: This guide will follow instructions for App Library
- Search for Reversio and click Install
You are now asked for a Market Secret. Please see the next step to find this.
Step 3: Market Secret
- Log in to your Reversio Account
- Go to Portals -> Select market -> General -> Market Secret
- Copy Market Secret
Paste the Market Secret in SmartPack Reversio App installation.
The app has now been downloaded.
Step 4: Connect Smartpack in Reversio
- Log in to your Reversio account
- Go to Return Portals -> select market -> WMS Integrations -> scroll to SmartPack
- *App Id + AccessToken should automatically already be filled in, when you entered the Market Secret in SmartPack (previous step)
- Enter Tenant
If App Id + AccessToken is not filled in:
- Enter (1) App Id and (2) AccessToken
- *You can find this in the Reversio App in Smartpack
After completing step 4, you will have entered Tenant, App Id and AccessToken. The last steps of this guide will take you through creating mandatory Return Reasons and Claim Reasons in SmartPack.
Step 5: Navigate to Return Reasons in SmartPack
- Go to your SmartPack account
- Go to Settings -> Return Reasons
Step 6: Create Return and Claim reasons
Return Reason
- Click Create Return Reason
- Name it "Reversio Return" and keep Complaint de-toggled
- Save
Claim Reason
- Click Create Return Reason
- Name it "Reversio Claim" and toggle on Complaint
- Save
Step 7: Copy Form Id from URL
- Once the Return Reasons has been created, click the link opener on the right
- Go to the URL and copy the Form Id
- Paste it in your SmartPack integration in Reversio
- Paste Reversio Return Form Id in "warehouseReturnReasonId"
- Paste Reversion Claim Form Id in "warehouseClaimReasonId"
Step 8: Create Return Action in SmartPack
- Navigate to Settings -> Return Actions
- Add a Return Action
- Name it "Reversio"
- Choose "Other"
- Save the Return Action
Step 9: Copy Form Id from URL
- Once the Return Action has been created, click the link opener on the right
- Go to the URL and copy the Form Id
- Paste it in your SmartPack integration in Reversio under "warehouseReturnActionId"
Step 10: Save and Verify Integration
- Click Save
- Click Verify Integration

Use As Tracking Number
Tracking number
- Choose this option if the return tracking number is the same as the tracking number shown on the return label.
Alt package number
- Choose this option if the return tracking number differs from the tracking number shown on the package label (typically with two additional 00 prefixes)

Toggle On "Allow Order Reopen"
Make sure Allow Order Reopen is toggled on, if you're using Modern Returns in Reversio.
This will allow Reversio to create exchange order on the same order number as the original.
Step 1: Navigate to Preferences
- Go to Customers -> choose profile -> click Settings -> Preferences
Step 2: Toggle on "Allow order reopen"
- Scroll down
- Make sure Allow order repopen is enabled
- *if this is not enabled, Reversio will not be able to make exchanges on same order number.
