This article explains how to manage your returns in SmartPack when using Reversio.
Step 1: Navigate to Returns
- Log in to your SmartPack account
- Go to Customers -> select your profile -> click Returns
Step 2: Scan and View Return
- Scan return parcel
- Or enter tracking number manually
- Click View
Step 3: Scan Items and process Return
- Scan returned items
Step 4: Process Return
- Scroll down
- Click Save and receive
- Scan to location in warehouse
The return has now been successfully processed in SmartPack.
By clicking Save and receive, Reversio receives a signal to complete the return and process it according to the information submitted in Reversio (refund / release exchange / send gift card)
No further action is required from you.
