Withdraw (right of withdrawal)
To comply with EU law effective from 19th of June 2026, customers must be able to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of the order date.
Managing withdrawal requests
Once submitted, the withdrawal request is successfully registered in Reversio, and the order is automatically cancelled and refunded. You can view all withdrawal requests in the Withdraw tab within Reversio.
Accessing the withdrawal flow
Each market includes a separate withdrawal flow that can be accessed by adding /withdraw to your portal URL.

- Standard returns portal: returns.reversio.io/market
- Withdrawal portal: returns.reversio.io/market/withdraw
To make the withdrawal process easy to find, we recommend including the withdrawal link in your refund or returns policy and in your website's footer.
Go to "Return portals" and then Emails to add your logo to the "Withdraw" email
Customer Experience
When customers access the withdrawal flow, they will see the title "Fortryd din ordre" (withdraw your order). The customer will be asked to provide their order information.
The customer can then:
- Select the items they wish to withdraw.
- Confirm the required declaration by enabling the agreement toggle.
- Submit the withdrawal request by clicking the red confirmation button.
